i was actually surprised by the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. the room itself featured a great bath and a separate rainforest shower. the staff members were always proactive and courteous, a true delight.
finding proper menus required using my mobile phone at the table, which affected the ambience a little.

Wonderful Stay on The Palm

The location on the Palm was convenient for beach access. I also appreciated the complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful suite. The breakfast offered amazing choices and was good value. It made starting each day a treat, and I wished I could have stayed longer.
The walk to reach rooms felt quite long. I noticed that the hotel is quite large.

this hotel, oh, it's totally still amazing like before! we stayed in 2016, and it's like, even better now. location is completely gorgeous, and rooms? fantastic and so well decorated. staff is super nice and helpful, from the front desk and even cleaning staff. they always checked if we have everything we need.
check-in was way too long, when i asked for water, they told me to go get it myself. like, seriously?

I experienced a very relaxing family vacation at this beautiful resort. The staff was cute! My children, both under five, were. The team was utterly amazing, friendly, and helpful. I plan to return next year!
Upon arrival, I noticed the carpets were damp, quite unpleasant. My socks became wet. The balcony needed a more thorough cleaning. the hot water ran out during my shower. This was unacceptable in a hotel of this caliber!
